Payment
Payments are due in full before item(s) will be shipped. Payments are processed with PayPal using any major credit card.
Please, double check your address before submitting your order. There will be several opportunities to confirm your information, and I will NOT issue refunds or re-ship orders due to incorrect addresses.
Shipping
My home is smoke free and all items are thoroughly cleaned and stored in airtight bags until shipment. Please read all shipping rules carefully.
Wired Harmony currently only ships within the United States with USPS. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping times are an estimate of how long it takes to arrive to you once your order is fulfilled. Please allow 3-5 Business days for packaging and handling. Prices are based on weight directly through USPS. Wired Harmony never profits from shipping.
Shipping Times
For regular orders that do not include custom artwork, processing times are 3-5 Business days. Due to COVID-19 I am limiting shipment drop offs to twice a week. Package arrival times are between 3-7 Business days.
Items are shipped via USPS mail. You will receive a shipping confirmation once item has shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- • Custom or personalized orders
- • Perishable products (like flowers and live plants)
Refunds
To start a return, you can contact us at wiredharmony@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for shipping fees. Shipping fees are not refundable.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages
Wired Harmony is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
